The alternative address tomas@maintenance.cz is hosted outside the harmonelo.io mail infrastructure and can therefore be used to contact the responsible person if the Harmonelo mail systems are unavailable.

About this infrastructure

Purpose

The listed servers deliver legitimate transactional, operational and application-generated e-mail for Harmonelo services and their authorized users.

Access control

SMTP relay access is restricted to authenticated users and explicitly trusted systems. The servers are not open relays.

Authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are used to support message authentication, sender validation and domain alignment.

Abuse prevention

Outbound traffic, delivery failures and abuse reports are monitored. Invalid recipients and persistent hard bounces are removed or suppressed.

Security and operational practices

No open relay

Unauthorized third-party relay is prevented through SMTP authentication, network access controls and relay restrictions.

Destination throttling

Destination concurrency and delivery rates are limited to avoid excessive parallel connections and to protect remote mail systems.

Bounce handling

Permanent delivery failures are reviewed and invalid recipient addresses are removed or suppressed.

Incident response

Abuse reports, suspicious sending activity and indications of unauthorized use are investigated by the technical operations team.

Suspected abuse originating from one of the listed systems should be reported to abuse@harmonelo.io. Please include the complete message headers, receiving time, recipient address and any relevant SMTP response where possible.
